Managing Director
Dan is a financial executive, business advisor, and operator with more than 14 years of experience helping organizations turn complex challenges into practical, sustainable performance.
His work spans management consulting, accounting, leadership strategy, and financial operations. Dan has led the design and execution of complex financial strategies, audits, system implementations, process transformations, and growth initiatives for clients across multiple industries and markets.
Known for direct, principled counsel, he brings an entrepreneurial mindset to every engagement while remaining grounded in disciplined analysis and execution. Dan works closely with executives, owners, and operating teams to create clarity, strengthen accountability, and build infrastructure that supports long-term growth.
He has held leadership roles across healthcare, apparel, and community-focused organizations in addition to serving as Managing Director of SBA. That hands-on operating perspective shapes a collaborative style built around honest communication, sound judgment, and measurable results.
